All personal data is stored securely in our backend database (Lovable Cloud), which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is isolated from other users and protected by Row Level Security policies.
Authentication is handled via secure JWT tokens. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We use your data solely to provide and improve the App's services:
- To authenticate you and maintain your account
- To save and display your meal plans and shopping lists
- To generate ingredient lists using AI based on recipe titles
- To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve features

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Your data is used only to operate the App.

We use the following third-party services:
- YouTube Data API: For recipe video search. Your searches are sent to YouTube's API. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Analytics: We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand usage patterns without tracking you across the web.

- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your meal plans and shopping lists
