By accessing or using What's for Dinner?! ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. YouTube Content & API

The App uses the YouTube Data API to search and display recipe videos. All video content, thumbnails, and metadata belong to their respective creators and YouTube. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

When you click "Watch on YouTube," you are redirected to youtube.com and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Video playback occurs on YouTube's platform, not within this App.

By using the App's recipe search features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to save recipes, build meal plans, and generate shopping lists. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Freemium Subscription

The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free users may have limited access to recipe search and other features. Paid subscribers receive expanded access subject to the plan selected at checkout.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the App without permission
• Impersonate another user or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, branding, and original content are the property of dinnerfix.app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recipe instructions, ingredient lists, or nutritional information are accurate, complete, or safe for your specific dietary needs. Always use your own judgment when cooking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dinnerfix.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
